1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Interndisha, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Internsdisha reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must provide truthful profile information and only apply to internships they are genuinely qualified for. Misrepresentation of qualifications may result in permanent account suspension.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Providers must post genuine internship opportunities. Fictitious listings, spam, or misleading information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform (logos, design, code, text) is the property of Internsdisha Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees, advertising payments, and training fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
Interndisha is an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the outcome of internship applications, employer conduct, or any disputes between candidates and providers.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: post spam or malicious content; attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the platform; harass other users; collect user data without consent; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in Bangalore, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
